Energy Healing
Transformational Energy Healing (TEH) works with what teacher Jonathan Goldman calls the Human Energy Vehicle (HEV); five layered bodies that make up who we are: physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and spiritual. The physical is the body you can see and touch. The other four are unseen, but just as real, holding our sense of safety, connection, vitality, and peace. When any of these five layers gets weighed down by stress, old stories, or stuck emotion, it shows up in how we feel day to day.
What can I expect?
Each session has two parts. We start with a heart to heart conversation, grounding into what you need and setting a prayer for our time together. Then we move to the table, where I work with that prayer through clearing, grounding, and moving energy across the five bodies, sometimes supported by crystals or song. Your only role is to receive.
This practice is rooted in the chakra system.
I'm currently offering these sessions with an introductory rate of $55-$77* as I grow this part of my practice.
*You can also use 1% of your monthly gross income as a guide.
Please note that energy healing is not a substitute for medical or mental health care and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
